Being raised as the youngest of seven children in a small Midwestern farming town, Kristy’s roots taught her the value of integrity, as your word is your bond, being heart centered in faith and that hard work builds character. Those humble beginnings instilled a deep belief in showing up, staying grounded, and living with intention. These principles have stayed with her and now shape her coaching philosophy as a foundation for her coaching. By blending her spiritual depth with a real-world strategy, Kristy creates a soulful connection between you and the infinite, that higher power breathing us all.
